conditions & requirements :

   Minimum One  year working experience in Avaya Products such as S8300/S8500/S87XX, G250/G350/G450/G700 Platform.

   Knowledgeable in Applications and Adjunct software and products of Avaya such as CMS, IVR, Witness Call Recording , Call Accounting, Voice portal, CCE etc.

   Knowledgeable LAN WAN technology.

   Working experience in Installation and configuration of several Avaya  PABX products and adjuncts.

   Must have working knowledge in Analog, Digital, VOIP and SIP technology.

   At least knowledgeable in designing a PABX system.

   Have a working experience in after-sales service such as Monthly   Maintenance, On-Call and Standby task.

   Can work with no supervision.
